Thanksgiving Leftovers 3-Ways

Ingredients:

3 slices eureka!® Saaa-Wheat!® Organic Bread

2 tablespoons hummus

¼ cup Brussels sprouts, roasted

1 tablespoon parmesan, shaved

¼ cup sweet potatoes, mashed

1 egg, fried

1 teaspoon Sriracha

2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

3 strips bacon, cooked

1 teaspoon goat cheese, crumbled

Directions:
  1. Spread 1 bread slice with hummus and top with Brussels sprouts and shaved parmesan.
  2. Spread 1 bread slice with mashed sweet potatoes and top with fried egg and a drizzle of Sriracha.
  3. Spread 1 bread slice with cranberry sauce and top with bacon and goat cheese crumbles.
  4. Enjoy with friends!
